Return Policy
Items must be returned in new Condition for a refund.
If you would like to return a product, just send it back. Please enclose a note explaining why you are returning the tiem. If you return is postmarked within 30 days after you received the merchandise, you will be credited the full price of your product. Depending on how you paid, the refund will be credited either back to your credit or debit card, or it will be sent to you as a check refund. Shipping fees are not refundable unless we made an error with your shipment.
If our products arrived to you damaged, we will be happy to replace them, if you notify us within one week of receiving them. If only the CD is damaged or defective, please notify us and we will send you a replacement CD. If the CD skips, try cleaning it (alcohol wipes work well) before you call.
Order Cancellation Policy
Orders may be cancelled if we receive your cancellation before the order is shipped. Call or e-mail us. We are sorry, but orders cannot be cancelled after shipment.
How to Return Items
Place the merchandise in the original shipping package or a similar package. Include in the package your order number, the reason for your return, and your name, address, phone number, and e-mail address. If you are sending back defective merchandise, please descibe the defect. Please carefully pack the merchandise and wrap the package securely to keep merchandise from moving during shipment. Costs for return shipping must be paid by the customer.
