Paying with Credit Card |
We accept credit card payment for online orders.
Please provide the “bill to” address exactly as it appears on your credit card billing statement. During our online real time authorization process we will validate that the “Bill to” information you provided matches the information on file with your credit card issuing company. The processing of your order may be delayed if we cannot verify the “Bill to” information or the information does not match the address information on file.
Your credit card will not be charged until we provide the goods or services you ordered. |

Processing an Order |
| Your order of in-stock merchandise will be shipped by USPS Priority Mail, UPS or Fedex. Orders received on weekends and holidays will be processed on the next business day. If you order cannot be shipped within 30 days of the date of your order, you will be given the option to cancel your order. |

How to Change Your Order |
| We process your orders very quickly. If you find that you have made an error in your order, please notify us immediately by e-mailing us at the following e-mail address. If your order has not yet been processed, we may be able to correct it. However if the merchandise has already been shipped, we will be unable to modify any portion of your order. |

Returns and Exchanges |
| If you have received damaged, defective or incorrectly shipped merchandise contact our customer service department immediately. Zoologic Research, Inc. will replace and exchange any defective product at no charge when returned within 30 days of its receipt after notifying Zoologic at zri@cox.net ,explaining the suspected manufacturing defect, including a daytime and nighttime phone number, and then , receiving a return authorization number in advance of return ( this allows us to trouble shoot before the costly return). Zoologic Research, Inc. will accept the return of any unopened product within 30 days of its receipt if it is still in its original sealed package with original sealing.. The amount returned will be reduced by a $4.95 per each product for handling and restocking charge and also adjusted to reflect the reduction of discount for a original multiple unit purchase. The product must be returned in the original packing materials or the equivalent to insure safety of the product during mailing.All returns should be shipped to the return center address below. No COD returns will be accepted. |

| Purchases can be made on this web site by credit cards indicated or by electronic checks online, mail order, or at select stores(which may have different return policies than direct Zoologic Research, Inc. purchases). No online purchase orders will be accepted to P.O. box numbers. Zoologic Research, Inc. will replace any defective products at no charge when returned within 30 days of receipt if a return authorization number has been received in advance. If a manufacturing defect is suspected, E-mail Zoologic Research, Inc .at ZRI@cox.net , explain the suspected manufacturing defect and include a daytime and nighttime phone number.
