MDK World Products, established in 1998, We specialize in General merchandise for everyone?s needs. We currently have over 6600 products and growing every day.

All you need to do is send us your order, and we take care of the rest!

The following document outlines our basic business information as well as how MDK World Products accepts and executes orders.

In Stock and Back Ordered Product

• If all of the products on your order are in stock, MDK World Products will immediately fulfill the order.
• Any orders that are only partially in stock will be held until 100% of the order is filled.
• Requests to ship partial orders must be communicated to your Sales Representative.

Unavailable Product

In the event that a product is unavailable on your order, MDK World Products reserves the right to cancel the order for the affected product(s) or cancel the entire order. Orders will be shipped as soon as the unavailable items come into stock and the order is 100% complete.

Order Cancelation Policy

To cancel your order, please email or call us within 12 hours of placeing your order and we can refund your entire amount. If you do not contact us within the 12 hour window we can only refund the product amount. Shipping costs can not be refunded. When the Item arrives please refuse delivery and it will be shipped back to us. If you have any questions on this please feel free to call or email us at anytime.

ORMD/Hazmat Product

Products that are considered ORMD (Other Regulated Materials ? DOT) will only be shipped via UPS Ground. All if any Hazmat items are not available for shipping at all.

Deadlines for Shipments

MDK World Products will ship all orders within one business day of receipt. Orders received before 12:00 noon MOUNTAIN TIME will most likely be shipped the same day. Orders received after 12:00 MOUNTAIN TIME will be shipped the following business day. For orders received on Friday, every attempt will be made to ship orders by close of business Friday.

International Shipments

MDK World Products is NOT responsible for any duties and/or import taxes associated with any International Orders. All charges relating to shipping, duties, taxes, permits, customs and broker fees are the sole responsibility of you, the customer.

Certain product are not available for export due to restrictions by our suppliers. Please check with your Sales Representative for details.

Shipping Carriers

MDK World Products freight carriers are UPS, Fed Ex, USPS. Any order placed will ship UPS Ground unless specified at the time of ordering. All orders shipping to a P.O. Box or APO/FPO address will only be shipped via US Mail (Priority or Surface). All freight carriers also provide international shipping methods. Refer to shipping list of current ship carriers.

Correct Information

You are responsible for providing MDK World Products with accurate shipping information for all orders. Any charges incurred with returns or extra charges billed by freight companies due to erroneous information will be billed to your account.

Tracking Your Orders

MDK World Products will send you via email your tracking number.

Parcel Insurance

MDK World Products offerers shipping insurance at time of order.

Returns

You have 7 days to notify us and a total of 15 days to return damaged merchandise for replacement only. Any non-damaged item to be returned to MDK World Products that is returned for convenience or refund is subject to a 10% restock fee. Prior to sending any merchandise back to MDK World Products, you must first contact your Sales Representative to obtain a RA# (Return Authorization).

Product Pricing

Prices are subject to change without notice. Regardless of price change you will pay the price listed when you submitted the order.

Payment Terms

Credit Card (VISA, MC or Discover) and PayPal only. On Credit Card orders, we will preauthorize your card for the allocated merchandise and approximate freight charges prior to invoicing the order. The actual funds will be captured within 24 hours after shipping. Please consult your Sales Representative to discuss which option is best for you.

Q. How do I track my orders?

A. Get your tracking numbers electronically via Email we send you.

Q. What happens to my order if there are items out of stock?

A. Yes. MDK World Products offers UPS, Fed Ex, USPS services.

Q. Do you ship internationally?

A. Yes. MDK World Products does ship internationally. All customs or duties incurred in shipping are the responsibility of you the customer. Furthermore we require full payment before order is sent out. We will also require a valid phone number and shipping address along with shipping insurance to cover loss or damage.

Q. How do you handle returns?

A. All merchandise that is returned for convenience is subject to a 10% restock fee Prior to sending any merchandise back to MDK World Products, you must first contact your Sales Representative to obtain an RA# (Return Authorization number).
