Q. How do I track my orders?

A. Get your tracking numbers electronically via Email we send you.

Q. What happens to my order if there are items out of stock?

A. If all of the products on your drop ship order are in stock, MDK World Products will immediately fulfill the order. Any orders that are only partially in stock will be held until 100% of the order is filled. Requests to ship partial orders must be communicated to your Sales Representative ahead of time.

Q. What paperwork is required to open an account with MDK World Products?

Q. How do I receive updates on new product or Specials?

A. As a member we will send you the information automatically if you included your email address during sign up.

Q. Can I choose which freight method to use?

A. Yes. MDK World Products offers UPS, Fed Ex, USPS services.

Q. What about Sales Tax?

A. Depends on your state.

Q. Do you ship internationally?

A. Yes. MDK World Products does ship internationally. All customs or duties incurred in shipping are the responsibility of you the customer. Furthermore we require full payment before order is sent out. We will also require a valid phone number and shipping address along with shipping insurance to cover loss or damage.

Q. How do you handle returns?

A. All merchandise that is returned for convenience is subject to a 10% restock fee Prior to sending any merchandise back to MDK World Products, you must first contact your Sales Representative to obtain an RA# (Return Authorization number). You have 7 days to contact us and 15 days to return the item. All shipping costs are your responsibility.

Q. When will my order ship?

A. All orders placed before 12pm MOUNTAIN TIME will ship the same day. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be processed the following business day.
