Bella Bead Design offers the following Returns Policy: Jewelry may be exchanged within 30 days of purchase for credit only. Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis. All jewelry is GUARANTEED to be free from defects in craftsmanship and materials on delivery. Should the jewelry fail, and examination reveals it was due to negligence on my part, I will repair or replace the item at no additional cost, or if preferred, give a full refund.
